Thirty years of innovation and quality
Innovating while respecting quality and environmental standards is the mission of Goldenplast, founded in 1993 by Germano Ercoli, CEO, Gianni Perozzi, technical director, and Massimo Vallesi, sales director. One year later they started up production of thermoplastic compounds.
Our history
Goldenplast is the youngest, most dynamic company in this sector, having established a leading role on the international market thanks to reliable quality products and a vocation for innovation. Over the years, our company has introduced increasingly better performing materials, turning business opportunities and potential new markets into realities for our clients.
2019
GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certified eco-friendly thermoplastic compounds offering high performance and containing recycled material. Top performance with up to 80% recycled content and savings in CO2 emissions of up to 70%. Available in compact and foam versions and in various aesthetic finishes. Zero compromise.
2018
The launch of LX: a high-performance TR foam compound. Its main characteristics: aesthetics and high fatigue resistance.
2017
The launch of HIPUR TPU A60 L, a thermoplastic foam compound for the footwear sector, ideal for midsole and tread applications.
2015
The launch of FR1, a polyurethane compound modified with thermoplastic rubbers. Distinguishing characteristic: softness and soft-touch effect.
2010
The launch of HIGOLD, a compound made with SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butene, styrene), totally recyclable and available in many different aesthetic finishes, hardnesses and colours. Better resistance to UV rays, ozone and temperature.
2009
The launch of HIPUR, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) materials made with polyester. 100% recyclable and available in both pure and compound form, made with SBS or SEBS thermoplastic rubbers. Special foam and/or antistatic versions are also available.
2007
The launch of XP, the new range of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) compounds modified with thermoplastic rubber resins.
2005
The launch of GPU, a thermoplastic polyurethane compound modified with the addition of rubber elastomers that copy the technical and aesthetic characteristics of vulcanised rubber. Ideal for high-fashion, sports and technical footwear.
2004
The launch of RUNPLAST, a line of compounds studied to be used as infill on football pitches in synthetic turf.
1996
The launch of SUPERLIGHT, a line of low-density compounds. A totally revolutionary innovation for the thermoplastic rubber sector.
1993
Germano Ercoli, CEO, Gianni Perozzi, techncial director, Massimo Vallesi, sales director, found Goldenplast. The same year
sees the presentation of Hipren, a thermoplastic rubber compound used for soles and technical footwear.

Goldenplast makes all its own materials, investing continuously in completely automated, state-of-the-art technological systems, where human error is reduced to a minimum. Careful constant inspection of our material by dedicated personnel guarantees the ongoing quality of all our products on the market.

Wide range of colours available
Synergy between our colour lab and R&D division guarantees the availability of a wide range of colours for our thermoplastic compounds. Goldenplast also develops custom colours in collaboration with the most famous fashion brands.
